How were the images made?

New York was shot in February of 1992 with a Fuji point and shoot 35mm camera on Kodak TMX film.

Amsterdam was shot in September of 1994 with Agfa 25 or Ilford XP2 400 film.

Lübeck was shot in June of 1998 with Ilford XP2 400 film. The camera for Amsterdam & Lübeck was a Canon Elan 35mm SLR with either a 28mm-80mm or 75mm-300mm zoom lens.

What kind of prints are you offering?

They appear differently than the website in that they come with a white border, at least 1/4th inch wide and are titled and signed in pencil below the image. So the print itself is ready for framing. The archival digital prints are prepared on an Epson 2200 printer with Ultra Chrome inks using 100% cotton rag paper. The result is a very warm tone black & white print. They are made by Jana McLaughlin a professional photographer who specializes in making platinum prints. She can be reached at www.janamclaughlin.com or at her studio in Racine, WI 262-633-9510.

What Methods of payment do you accept?

For faster service please use MasterCard/Visa through PayPal. Cashier's Checks or Money Orders made payable to Mary Gerger are also accepted and once cleared at the bank the print order will be initiated. Please send paper payment and correspondence to:

What are the shipping details?

There is no extra charge for domestic shipping. International orders are subject to extra charge for airmail rate depending on weight of order.

If paying electronically expect delivery in two weeks. If paying by paper check add another week for funds to clear. I ship via the U.S Postal Service Priority Mail. All deliveries will require the customer's signature.

What is the return & exchange policy?

A good deal of time goes into play when you place an order so please be very sure that you like the image itself. Due to the artistic nature of this work there will be no refunds. If it arrives damaged in the mail contact me at once. If you return it to me within 15 days I can reorder the same image and deliver it to you at my expense.
